Allen & Overy is a magic circle law firm determined to be the number one employer in the UK legal sector for graduates. While they don’t struggle for applications from Oxbridge and Russel Group universities, they wanted to increase the diversity of their graduate talent pool from under-represented backgrounds.

As part of their graduate campaign, we created a content series that showed audiences that lawyers aren’t born, they’re made. Telling the stories of three lawyers from a Black heritage, social mobility and disability backgrounds, we told the stories of their journeys which led them to a career in law.
